Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute our
marketing campaigns and strategies. You will play a vital role in enhancing our brand visibility,
attracting new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a knack for communication, and the ability to
create compelling content that resonates with our target market.
Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Coordinator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement marketing plans to promote Unstained
Detailing’s services to local car dealerships, rental companies, and individual clients. - Content Creation: Prepare engaging written material for reports, briefs, website content, social
media posts, newsletters, and other digital platforms. - Public Relations: Write press releases, speeches, and presentations to enhance the company’s
presence in the market. - Client Engagement: Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, helping them
understand the benefits of our services. - Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional events, public relations activities, and
special marketing campaigns that align with Unstained Detailing’s branding. - Market Research: Conduct social and economic surveys to assess potential market trends and
develop strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities. - Customer Satisfaction: Evaluate customer feedback and store environments to ensure a highquality
service experience and identify areas for improvement. - Advertising: Manage online and offline advertising efforts, including Google Ads, social media
promotions, and local campaigns, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements - Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to
2 years or equivalent experience. - Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the
automotive or service-based industry. - Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage
multiple marketing channels and campaigns. - Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and social media
management platforms. - Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Surrey, BC, and the surrounding area is a plus.
