Mission City Pizza Ltd., located in Mission, BC, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily
operations, uphold exceptional standards of customer service, and ensure efficient restaurant performance. The ideal candidate
will possess outstanding leadership qualities, a deep understanding of food service management, and a passion for delivering
quality dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support front- and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and operational flow.
  • Manage and schedule shifts, breaks, and coverage to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Enforce food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Diploma (1–2 years) in hospitality management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role.
  • Valid Food Safe Level 1 Certificate is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
