Job Description
As an Experienced Cook at Sizzling Tandoor, you will play a key role in preparing high-qualitydishes that showcase our authentic Indian flavors. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchenoperations, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes with precision and consistency.
Customize dishes for customers with food allergies or specific dietary restrictions.
Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handlingpractices.
Manage kitchen inventory by ordering supplies and equipment as needed and maintainingaccurate records.
Organize and execute buffets and banquet-style events for special occasions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with health andsafety standards.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, specializing in South and East Indian cuisine.
Specialized Skills: Expertise in preparing traditional Indian dishes, including the use of tandoorovens and spices.
Personal Attributes:
Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
Work Conditions
Standing for extended periods.
