Our growing business is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team and help expand our marketpresence.
Job Description:
The Sales Supervisor will play a pivotal role in leading and managing sales efforts to grow the business. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with car dealerships and rentalcompanies, and implementing marketing strategies for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive, car detailing, or related industry.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a focus on building relationships and closing deals.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Surrey, BC, and surrounding areas is an asset.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory sales position.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
